We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from MOFGHE TOOL CORP. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may request and receive a refund for courses, guides, tutorials, and subscription products purchased through our platform.

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase for all individual courses, standalone guides, and tool usage tutorial modules. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. This policy is designed to give you sufficient time to evaluate the course content, review the learning materials, and determine whether the program meets your expectations.
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be received by our support team within the 14-day window. The date of your original purchase is determined by the timestamp on your payment confirmation email or the transaction date recorded in our payment processing system.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@mofghetoolcorp.com. Please include your full name, the email address associated with your account, the name of the course or product you are requesting a refund for, and a brief explanation of the reason for your request. This information helps us process your refund efficiently and provides valuable feedback that we use to improve our offerings.
02 Subscription Products and Annual Plans
Our Household Maintenance Annual Plan and any other subscription-based products are subject to a modified refund policy. Annual plan subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. You may request a refund for an annual plan within 14 days of the initial purchase date. After the initial 14-day period, the annual plan is non-refundable; however, you may cancel the auto-renewal at any time to prevent future charges.
If your annual plan included any downloaded materials or guides that were delivered immediately upon purchase, and those materials have been accessed or downloaded, the value of those materials (as determined by their standalone purchase price) may be deducted from your refund amount. This ensures fairness and prevents abuse of the refund policy while still providing you with the opportunity to evaluate the full program.
For any subscription product that renews automatically, you will receive a renewal reminder email at least 14 days before your subscription is set to renew. If you do not cancel before the renewal date and are subsequently charged, you may request a refund of the renewal charge within 7 days of the renewal date. No refunds will be provided for renewal charges after this 7-day post-renewal window.
03 Course Bundles and Multi-Course Packages
Course bundles and multi-course packages that are sold at a discounted price compared to purchasing each course individually are subject to special refund considerations. If you purchase a bundle and request a refund within the 14-day window, the following terms apply:
- If you have not accessed or started any course within the bundle, you are eligible for a full refund of the bundle purchase price.
- If you have accessed or started one or more courses within the bundle, we will calculate the refund amount by subtracting the standalone list price of each accessed course from your total payment. If the resulting amount is positive, that difference will be refunded. If the standalone value of the accessed courses equals or exceeds the bundle price you paid, no refund will be issued.
- Completion certificates issued for any course within a bundle will be revoked upon refund approval. If your refund results in the revocation of a certificate, we will notify you before processing the refund to give you the option to maintain access to the completed courses instead.
This policy ensures that you retain the value of the discounted bundle pricing for courses you have genuinely engaged with, while still allowing you to recover funds for courses you have not used.
04 Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Available
The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund under our policy. We want to be transparent about these limitations so that you can make an informed purchasing decision:
- Outside the Refund Window: Any request received more than 14 calendar days from the original purchase date will not be eligible for a refund, except as specifically provided for renewal charges on subscription products as described in Section 02 above.
- Significant Course Completion: If you have completed more than 50% of a course or tutorial module at the time of your refund request, the request may be denied. Completion is measured by our platform's tracking system, which records lessons viewed, quizzes attempted, and other progress markers. We reserve the right to review completion data before approving any refund.
- Certificate Issued: If a completion certificate has been issued for a course or program, that course is no longer eligible for a refund, as the certificate represents the fulfillment of the educational service you purchased.
- Violation of Terms of Service: If your account has been suspended or terminated for a violation of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to account sharing, unauthorized redistribution of course materials, or fraudulent activity, you are not eligible for a refund of any fees paid.
- Change of Mind After Extended Use: Simply changing your mind about a purchase after the 14-day window has closed does not qualify for a refund. We provide a clear refund window to allow for evaluation, and purchases made outside that window are considered final.
- Technical Issues Outside Our Control: We are not responsible for refunds due to technical issues on your end, including incompatible devices, slow internet connections, or failure to meet the minimum system requirements disclosed on our platform.
- Discontinued Interest: We do not offer refunds for courses that you simply stopped using or lost interest in. The 14-day window is designed to give you time to evaluate the course thoroughly and decide whether to continue. After that period, maintaining motivation and engagement is your responsibility.
05 Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.
You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed, including the amount refunded and a transaction reference number for your records. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of the approval notification, please contact us at info@mofghetoolcorp.com and we will investigate the status of your refund with our payment processor.
Refunds processed to expired or canceled payment methods may require additional verification. In such cases, we may contact you to arrange an alternative refund method. Any fees charged by third-party payment processors for refund processing are not the responsibility of MOFGHE TOOL CORP, and the refund amount will not include reimbursement for such fees.
06 Effects of Refund on Account Access
When a refund is processed and approved, the following changes will be applied to your account:
- Your access to the refunded course, guide, or tutorial will be immediately revoked, and the content will be removed from your account dashboard.
- Any course progress, quiz scores, or saved notes associated with the refunded product will be permanently deleted from our systems and cannot be recovered.
- Any completion certificates issued for the refunded course will be revoked and voided. If you have shared the certificate with any third party, the revocation will be communicated to you but we cannot guarantee retrieval of certificates shared externally.
- If the refund applies to a bundle or package, only the refunded portion will be removed. Any courses within the bundle that you have not been refunded for will remain accessible under your account.
If you wish to re-enroll in a course for which you previously received a refund, you will need to repurchase the course at the current listed price. Previous refund history does not entitle you to any special pricing or discounts on future purchases.
07 Exceptional Circumstances and Discretionary Refunds
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise that are not fully addressed by the standard terms of this Refund Policy. In such cases, we reserve the right to grant a refund outside of the standard 14-day window at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Exceptional circumstances that we may consider include, but are not limited to: documented medical emergencies that prevented you from accessing the course during the refund window; significant life events such as bereavement, natural disaster, or involuntary job loss; verified technical errors on our platform that prevented you from accessing purchased content for an extended period; or errors in our billing system that resulted in incorrect charges.

We will review each case carefully and respond within 10 business days. The decision to grant or deny a discretionary refund is final and made in good faith based on the information provided.
08 Chargeback and Dispute Policy
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication. Our team is committed to addressing any issues you may have with your purchase and will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to request a refund through the process outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to suspend your account and all associated access to our platform pending the resolution of the dispute. If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, your account may be permanently terminated, and you may be barred from making future purchases on our platform.
Fraudulent chargebacks — including claims that a purchase was not authorized when our records indicate that you completed the payment process with proper authentication — may be reported to the appropriate authorities and may result in legal action to recover the disputed amount plus any associated fees and costs incurred by the Company.
09 Free Resources and Promotional Content
Free resources, guides, checklists, and any promotional or complimentary content offered by MOFGHE TOOL CORP are provided without charge and are not subject to this Refund Policy. We may modify, update, or discontinue free resources at any time without notice. Free resources are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind.
If you received a free trial, promotional discount, or complimentary access to any paid course or product, the terms of that specific promotion will govern any refund eligibility. Unless expressly stated in the promotional terms, free trials and complimentary access periods are not eligible for any monetary refund, as no purchase was made. Upon expiration of a free trial, you may choose to purchase the product at the then-current price; such purchases are subject to this Refund Policy in full.
10 Policy Updates and Communication
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or through a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Refund requests will be evaluated based on the Refund Policy in effect at the time of your original purchase, not the policy in effect at the time of your refund request. This ensures that the terms you agreed to at the time of purchase are respected and applied consistently.
